PARENT & GUARDIAN INFO
Everything you need to know about your child's participation
When a young person joins YoungMilitary.org, their family joins with them. Below you'll find the answers, safeguards, and expectations that make this a program you can trust.
Safety First
No adult will work with youth until BCI/FBI background checks are complete. Two-deep leadership at every activity. Mandatory reporting of any concerns.
Manageable Schedule
Weekly Saturday meetings are planned, with advance notice of all events. We will work with families to keep participation sustainable.
No Cost to Apply
Our goal is for programs, uniforms, and materials to be free to families. We never want cost to prevent a young person from participating.
